Chemo: Round 11!!!

Hey y’all!!! Wow I truly can’t believe I finished 11 out of 12 rounds! This round was hard but the finish line is in sight now which made it so much better.

Goodness of God

Only one chemo left till I’m in remission and all I can say is God is so good. Chemotherapy has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done. It takes 5 days out of me feeling so tired, fatigued, and nauseous. After round 6, I got to a point where I was so done with it. I didn’t think I could ever make it through 12 rounds. I wanted to give up so bad. I cried out to God many nights, asking Him to give me the strength to finish. And just like every prayer I’ve prayed, He listened.

"For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer” 1 Peter 3:12

"He gives power to the faint, and to those who have no might he increases strength" Isaiah 40:29

God is so strong and capable of anything. He listens to our every word and wants to helps us through our trials. I truly would have never made it through without Him. I’m so grateful that he carried me through and gave me the strength to endure this hardship. Man am I grateful for everything he’s taught me throughout this. He has been with me every step of the way and I can’t wait to ring this bell with Him by my side! He is SO good!!!
